This place was packed on Saturday so we were stoked to score a reservation for brunch on Saturday. We just had drinks and light bites. While the drinks were delicious, the food was a bit disappointing. Giving it a 4/5 because the cocktails were great! We'd give it a second chance and the service was great. Whipped feta was pretty salty, the Brussels were very sweet and saucy with so much honey, hard for me to enjoy; and the cucumbers were just ok, nothing special.

Super cute place for drinks in Congress. They have lots of fans outside, so they do their best to keep everyone relatively cool and comfortable during your visit. The drinks were tasty and the service was great. We didn't try their food since we only came to cool off and have a few drinks before exploring the city, but overall a great spot. I would come back to try their dishes which I'm sure don't disappoint.

I found Aba on Yelp and recommended it to my party. They were all excited to check it out. Without a reservation, we waited for about ~1 hour. Luckily, we were able to shop around. Aba is such a gorgeous restaurant inside and outside. We sat on the patio where some flies were bothering us but it wasn't a deal breaker. Food was absolutely tasty! + Lunch special with three hummus and spreads 4/5: The special came with a hummus, whipped feta, and muhammara. We were given plenty of house bread to dip in. + Greek village 4/5: Standard Greek salad that's refreshing. Not really memorable but still good. + Ahi tuna carpaccio 4/5: Slight hint of fishy aftertaste post-chewing, but otherwise a tasty appetizer. + Brussels sprouts 4/5: Nicely roasted and a bit sweet from the harissa honey. + Grilled chicken kebabs 4/5: This is a plate that's served with salad and basmati rice. Chicken is well-seasoned and tender. Salad tasted just like the Greek village. + Livin' Easy 5/5: Vodka-based cocktail with aperol, strawberry, and lemon. It was super refreshing on a hot day. I liked it! I had a lot of fun at Aba and would come back if I'm in town again. Parking validation is only $3 off so not much of a discount there.

Incredible. Go there. Food was amazing. Service was great. Expect to wait a little bit, but the wait is worth it! Try the whipped feta and halibut. Oh. And don't forget the date cake for dessert. Exceptional.

If you come to Austin, this place is a MUST. Between the delicious food, AWESOME staff and beautiful decor, this spot is true perfection. My cousin and I came here for dinner the night before my bachelorette party started. We chose Aba because the menu looks fabulous and the vibes immaculate and man did they deliver! We showed up at 4pm to take advantage of their happy hour from 4-6! We shared the whipped feta and both for cocktails. The whipped feta was to die for! Creamy base, topped with pistachios and peppers, and a drizzle of something sweet. A PERFECT bit of sweet and savory. Then we got our table for the rest of the meal. My cousin in vegetarian so we split the Brussels, which were also delicious! Perfectly crispy, drizzled in honey and topped with peanuts which also made for a perfect sweet and salty bit with some crunch. For entrees I got the lamb and beef kabobs and my cousin got the falafel. Both were 10/10. Top to bottom the food was AMAZING. The cherry on top though was the service. Our waiter was Jacob and he was super attentive, helpful when it came to navigating the menu and he even called out a few dishes dishes that looked like they were vegetarian, but were in fact not due to how they were prepared. My cousin really appreciated this! Lastly, the manager, Monica, topped off our perfect evening by delivering us two free desserts to celebrate my bachelorette! The Greek frozen yogurt and chocolate cake. We ate every bite!!!

So when we arrived to Austin my friend had told me ahead of time had been trying to get reservations for a couple of weeks with no luck. Saturday we ventured out to the area and figured we could put our names on the waitlist (normal 1-2hrs+). We got called back within 30-40 mins tops! Super lucky but please not that was around 5pm so we got there around 430 to be waitlisted. Sweet and great hostesses at the front too. Ok so the main event the food! It was all delicious. Morgan, our server highly recommended the whipped feta and let me tell you, I'm still craving it! The scallops was also another standout for us. My friend hates feta and she loved the dip. I've never had scallops and can't wait to have it again. Great recs by Morgan. The setting was beautiful see inside photo but we sat outside in perfect weather. Would highly recommend. Worth the wait!

We dined at Aba last night and had an absolutely wonderful experience with our server Joseph. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and very fun to talk to! It's always refreshing to experience service from someone who you can tell loves what they do. He made incredible recommendations, and everything we ordered was insanely delicious. This place deserves all of the hype that it gets!!

Trendy for a reason - it's delicious! Located right off Congress, this restaurant isn't cheap or easy to get into but it's worth it! I think by now I've tried half the menu and everything has been absolutely amazing! The apps are all light and not too filling. The entrees are decadent but approachable. If you haven't tried something you see before (at any restaurant), then go for it! This is a fantastic restaurant to try new things at. The waitstaff is also helpful and can be your guides to a world of new flavors!

YES YES YES! 900/10. One of my favorite visits when in ATX! Aba is unexpected, beautiful, delectable, and fun! My friend and I were looking for a place to grab appetizers and drinks on a Friday night. Aba came highly recommended from a bartender at another establishment. We dropped in without reservations and luckily got two seats at the outdoor bar. It is BEAUTIFUL here. It's off South Congress, so parking is...you know. But the surrounding area is popular and fun. This patio was gorgeous! Our bartenders were super busy but did a great job. It was happy hour, so it was doubly packed. The bees were swarming around them (and us!) and they fought through it. We ordered the Smoky Garlic Hummus and Whipped Feta. Times like these I wish Yelp had a GIF feature because I'd 100% utilize a fainting one. That's the only way to properly describe just how piquant these dishes were. The warm, pillowy pita was a perfect complement to the luscious texture of the hummus and feta. Light, but filling. Spicy, but sweet. The only thing I can imagine would make the feta even better would be a drizzle of hot honey. My friend loved her margarita and I just had a glass of pinot noir, which was a nice pairing with these apps. Aba is a must visit! For not only Mediterranean, but light apps and drinks. Go for happy hour, stay for dinner!
